Dr. L.M. Maditsi

Dr Leretletše Maditsi is a Specialist Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon based in Pretoria. After completing her specialist training in South Africa, she undertook advanced fellowship training in Aesthetic, Reconstructive and Microsurgery at Ghent University Hospital in Belgium, further refining her expertise in complex reconstruction and aesthetic surgery.

Her practice encompasses aesthetic surgery, breast reconstruction, non-surgical aesthetic treatments and reconstructive surgery. She has a particular interest in breast reconstruction following cancer, aesthetic breast surgery and body contouring, combining meticulous surgical planning with a personalised approach to patient care.

As a member of the multidisciplinary breast team at Life Groenkloof Hospital, Dr Maditsi works closely with breast surgeons, oncologists and other specialists to provide comprehensive reconstructive care. She is committed to achieving natural, balanced results while restoring both form and confidence.

In addition to her clinical practice, Dr Maditsi is a Certified Independent Medical Examiner (CIME) through the American Board of Independent Medical Examiners (ABIME). She provides independent medicolegal assessments and expert reports in personal injury, medical negligence and Road Accident Fund matters, applying the same objectivity, precision and evidence-based approach that underpin her surgical practice.
