After completing her specialist plastic surgery training in South Africa, Dr Leretletše Maditsi undertook advanced fellowship training in Belgium, refining her expertise in plastic, reconstructive, aesthetic and microsurgery. Today, she combines international training with personalised care in breast reconstruction, aesthetic breast surgery and body contouring.

As part of the multidisciplinary breast care team at Life Groenkloof Hospital, Dr Maditsi works closely with breast surgeons, radiologist, oncologists and other specialists to provide comprehensive care. She combines meticulous surgical expertise with a personalised approach, supporting patients from diagnosis through reconstruction and beyond.

In addition to her clinical practice, she is a Certified Independent Medical Examiner (CIME) from the American Board of International Medical Examiners (ABIME), providing independent medicolegal assessments and expert reports for personal injury matters.
